Sustainability at OneCo
OneCo has a comprehensive sustainability strategy that integrates electrification and energy optimization. The company delivers solar power plants, power lines, substations, and wind farms, reinforcing its commitment to a greener future. Sustainability is embedded in OneCo’s business model, aligning profitability with social responsibility.
Key Sustainability Challenges
• Vehicle Fleet – OneCo operates 1,200–1,300 primarily diesel-powered vehicles. A major initiative is transitioning to electric vehicles to lower direct emissions (Scope 1 and 2).
• Supply Chain Management – OneCo has implemented a supplier classification system (green, yellow, red) to assess sustainability risks and make informed decisions. The company actively encourages customers to consider sustainable suppliers, even when costs may be higher.
OneCo is also focused on increasing energy efficiency in buildings through smart control systems that reduce consumption.

About the Collaboration
Our partnership with CEMAsys began with the need for a structured carbon accounting system and sustainability reporting. With new CSRD regulations approaching, OneCo proactively implemented a full CSRD process in 2024, despite not being required to comply until 2025.
CEMAsys provides carbon accounting, double materiality analysis tools, and strategic consulting, making sustainability reporting more efficient and accurate.
The Journey and Results with CEMAsys
OneCo conducted a test audit to assess CSRD preparedness, working closely with CEMAsys and external auditors. The results confirmed that OneCo was already close to best practices, requiring only minor refinements.
Møy highlights that CEMAsys has been instrumental in helping OneCo achieve its sustainability goals through expert guidance, robust systems, and strategic insights.
Key Takeaways from the Partnership with CEMAsys
• Practical and hands-on approach, making regulatory navigation simpler.
• Access to a well-integrated system and knowledgeable consultants.
• Custom solutions for carbon accounting and sustainability reporting.
Would You Recommend CEMAsys?
